Blind Assessment: Complex, nuanced, multi-layered. Red currant, cinnamon, lavender, marjoram, wild honey in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure with juicy, high-toned acidity; very syrupy mouthfeel. Resonant finish; fruit and floral notes carry forward and cocoa emerges.

Produced from trees of the admired SL-28 and SL-34 varieties of Arabica by smallholding farmers and processed at the Ritho FCS Handege Factory (wet mill).
