Blind Assessment
Crisply cocoa-toned, sweetly nutty. Cocoa powder, almond, brown sugar, carnation, date in aroma and cup. Balanced, even-keeled acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of cocoa powder and date.

Produced by the Galán family, entirely of the Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Trifunio Coffee Company was founded by Fernando Galán, a third-generation coffee farmer, in 2022. Trifinio both grows and roasts its own coffee.
