Crisply chocolaty, rich-toned. Baking chocolate, pomegranate, gingerbread, Meyer lemon zest, pink peppercorn in aroma and cup. Savory-sweet structure with bright, lively acidity; crisp yet velvety mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of pomegranate and pink peppercorn.
Produced by the Menendez Family of Menendez Estates entirely of the Pacamara variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed from the beans before drying).
