Blind Assessment
Richly sweet, deep-toned. Dark caramel, lilac, almond, apricot, lime zest in aroma and cup. Gently bright, malic acidity; crisp, satiny mouthfeel. Floral-toned finish with notes of apricot and lime zest.
Notes
Produced at Finca Colomba and processed by the semi-washed method, in which some of the fruit flesh is left on the beans during the drying process. Bottom Line
This semi-washed El Salvador centers around floral depth, caramelly sweetness and sweetly tart citrus and stone fruit throughout the cup.
