Blind Assessment
A delicately understated, lyric coffee sensitively roasted. Round, nut-toned aroma, with hints of sweet fruit and cinnamon. Tart yet well balanced acidity, medium body, flavors of roasted nuts, black cherry and chocolate. Impressive finish: bittersweet cocoa and caramel linger.
