Blind Assessment

Delicately chocolaty with an engaging layered complexity. Nut-toned chocolate, cinnamon, plum, a savory hint of thyme in aroma and cup. Crisp, perfectly balanced acidity; silky mouthfeel. Sweet but gently drying, straightforward finish.

Notes

Produced on the San Sebastian farm in the celebrated Antigua Valley growing region, largely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica. Z&Z Fine Coffees is an independent coffee retailer. Their coffees are roasted with care by Rojocerezo Coffee, a roaster based in Guatemala. Visit www.MiCafe.gt for more information.

Who Should Drink It

An impressive rendition of the delicate chocolate and spice and sweetly balanced acidity for which Antiguas are famous.
