Blind Assessment

Evaluated as a sample-roasted green coffee. Crisply sweet, cocoa-toned. Cocoa nib, tangerine zest, almond, narcissus, cedar in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet-tart with citrusy acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Cocoa- and floral-toned finish.

Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile than described in this review. Also note that this rating is on the Coffee Review scale, judging this coffee from the point of view of potential consumer acceptance as a finished product. Produced by members of the Duwancho Farmers’ Union entirely of the 74110 variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit).
