Blind Assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Chocolaty, roast-rounded. Cocoa powder, date, salted caramel, gardenia, fresh-cut fir in aroma and small cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; sweet, chocolaty and wood-framed finish. In three parts milk, both chocolate and floral notes bloom, with undertones of date and gardenia.
