Sweetly-spiced toned, deeply rich. Caramel, bergamot flower, fig newton, candied apple, cedar in aroma and cup. Richly bittersweet structure with vibrant acidity; crisp yet velvety mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of bergamot and caramel.
