Blind Assessment
Sweetly roasty and spice-toned. Plum, dark chocolate, hazelnut, nutmeg and faint lily in aroma and cup. Gentle, juicy acidity; silky, pleasantly “gummy” mouthfeel. Plum and hazelnut figure prominently in the short finish, while nutmeg resurfaces in the long.
