Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Dark chocolate, jasmine, rosewood, pear, blood orange zest in aroma and small cup. Delicate, syrupy mouthfeel; the finish consolidates to pear and dark chocolate in the short and aromatic rosewood in the long. In three parts milk, jasmine notes return in full spicy-floral splendor, while chocolate carries long into the finish.
Notes
A blend comprised of a wet-processed coffee from Brazil Terra Matas de Minas, a dried-in-the-fruit or “natural”-processed Ethiopia Sidamo and a honey-processed Costa Rica Sonora Estate Red Catuai. Bottom Line
An engaging espresso blend for its sweet floral and crisp fruit tones, all ensconced in notes of dark chocolate that develop with particular appeal in milk.
