Blind Assessment:

Evaluated as espresso. Dark chocolate, jasmine, rosewood, pear, blood orange zest in aroma and small cup. Delicate, syrupy mouthfeel; the finish consolidates to pear and dark chocolate in the short and aromatic rosewood in the long. In three parts milk, jasmine notes return in full spicy-floral splendor, while chocolate carries long into the finish.

A blend comprised of a wet-processed coffee from Brazil Terra Matas de Minas, a dried-in-the-fruit or “natural”-processed Ethiopia Sidamo and a honey-processed Costa Rica Sonora Estate Red Catuai. The Bottom Line: An engaging espresso blend for its sweet floral and crisp fruit tones, all ensconced in notes of dark chocolate that develop with particular appeal in milk.
