Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly nut-toned. Pecan butter, cocoa powder, fig bar, lily, cedar in aroma and small cup. Crisp, satiny mouthfeel; bittersweet, crisply nutty finish. In three parts milk, sweet pecan and cocoa powder quietly harmonize.
