Blind Assessment: Round aroma of bitter-sweet and milk chocolate with soft hints of orange, cinnamon and toast. Mild fruit-toned acidity, medium body and flavor notes of lemon, lime, nut, wood and more chocolate. The wood notes become more prominent in the long, sweet finish.
