Blind Assessment
Sweetly pungent, deep. Baker’s chocolate, hints of strawberry, orange, flowers, honey in aroma and cup. Quietly rounded acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Rich, cocoa-toned finish.

A micro-lot from one field of Miguel Rojas’s farm, a field called “Miso,” specially selected by Fratello. From trees of the Caturra and Typica varieties of Arabica.
