Blind Assessment
Sweetly pungent, deep. Baker’s chocolate, hints of strawberry, orange, flowers, honey in aroma and cup. Quietly rounded acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Rich, cocoa-toned finish.

Who Should Drink It
Not a showy cup, but a quietly complex, quite comfortable one.
