Blind Assessment: Rich, crisply balanced, deep. Blood orange, fresh-cut oak, narcissus, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Rich, round, low-toned acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The flowers and a particularly chocolaty cacao nib carry persuasively into a crisp finish.
Notes: From trees of the Catuai variety of Arabica grown at an elevation of around 6,000 feet, meticulously prepared at La Lia Micro-Mill.
