Delicately fruit-toned, richly sweet-tart. Raspberry, magnolia, baking chocolate, honey, lemon verbena in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with brisk acidity; viscous, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The quiet finish centers around raspberry and crisp chocolate notes.
Produced at Aquíares Estate entirely of the Centroamericano variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). An accessibly complex natural-processed Costa Rica that leads with distinct berry notes with undertones of crisp chocolate and sweet herbs.
