Deeply chocolaty, richly floral. Dark chocolate, gently scorched oak, gardenia, lily, raspberry in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish with undertones of smoky oak and gardenia.
Produced at Aquiares Estate, entirely of the Centroamericano variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). A fruit-toned, darker-roasted Costa Rica natural with berry notes alongside dark chocolate and smoky aromatic wood.
