Blind Assessment
Complex dark-roast character in aroma and cup: deep, rich, dark chocolate with citrus top notes (lemon, grapefruit) and pungent, cedary midtones. The fine aromatics are partly betrayed by a rather leanish mouthfeel and finish.
Notes
Supremo is the highest grade of Colombia coffee based on fewest physical imperfections and largest bean size. In 1996 Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters first opened its doors on the banks of the Erie Canal in historic Bushnell's Basin, New York. Visit
