Blind Assessment
Delicately rich, deeply sweet. Toffee, mulberry, cedar, roasted cacao nib, rhododendron-like flowers in aroma and cup. Balanced, sweet-tart acidity; plush, buoyantly creamy mouthfeel. The crisply cocoa-toned finish is redolent of almond and rhododendron.
