Blind Assessment
Delicately aromatic, confidently complex. Pink grapefruit, cocoa nib, amber, apricot, graphite in aroma and cup. Bright, balanced acidity; vibrant, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned, citrusy finish with amber notes underneath.
Notes
Produced at Finca Las Delicias, from trees of the Pink Bourbon and Typica varieties of Arabica, and processed by the double-anaerobic method (fermented in an oxygen-free environment, then dried in the whole fruit). Bargain Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster in Taitung, Taiwan. Visit www.bargain-cafe.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A uniquely composed anaerobic natural cup that’s, at turns, bright-citrusy and savory-resiny.
