Blind Assessment
Sweetly pungent, complex, original. Cherry-like fruit, brown sugar, roasted cacao nib, hints of clove and vanilla in aroma and cup. Crisp, lightly juicy acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. The cacao nib and spice in particular carry into a gently drying but sweet-toned finish.
