Blind Assessment
Caramel-toned, richly wood-framed. Gently scorched fir, dark caramel, lily, raisin, bay leaf in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet-savory acidity; crisp, velvety mouthfeel. Wood-framed finish with caramel undertones.

Produced by smallholding farmers and decaffeinated in Colombia using ethyl acetate, a solvent derived from sugar cane. Side By Each Brewing Co. is a specialty roaster, craft brewery, kitchen, and community gathering space all under one roof in sunny Auburn, Maine. The company closed permanently in December 2024.
