Blind Assessment
High-toned, richly sweet. Yellow plum, almond, cocoa nib, lilac, cedar in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet structure with juicy acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The crisply sweet-tart finish centers around notes of plum and almond.

Produced by Lucido Diaz entirely of the admired Pink Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and flesh are removed before drying).
