Blind Assessment
Sweet, tart, distinctly spice-toned. Guava, shishito peppers, basil, rhododendron, cedar in aroma and cup. Savory-leaning acidity; very smooth, syrupy mouthfeel. Crisp, spice-toned finish with floral undertones.
