Blind Assessment
Sweet, deep, with a savory edge. Dark chocolate, molasses, cedar, spicy flowers, a hint of tangerine in aroma and cup. Low-toned but vibrant acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The molasses and dark chocolate notes in particular carry into a sweet-toned, roundly drying finish.
