Blind Assessment
Big, richly sweet. Apricot, wisteria-like flowers, fresh-cut fir, paprika, cocoa in aroma and cup. Quietly juicy, rounded acidity; plush, satiny mouthfeel. Wisteria and paprika in the flavor-saturated short finish; cocoa in the long.
