Blind Assessment
Softly tart, nut-toned. Roasted cacao-nib, hazelnut, tea rose, blood orange in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet, juicy acidity; satiny, lively mouthfeel. Flavor persists, delicately but sweetly, in a clean, satisfying finish.
