Blind Assessment
Delicate, deeply sweet. Roasted cacao nib, cinnamon, dried fig, vanilla in aroma and cup. Rich, vibrantly juicy acidity; lightly velvety mouthfeel. Fig, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla carry into the rich, resonant finish.
