Evaluated as espresso. Deeply sweet, gently herbaceous. Golden raisin, oregano, molasses, oak, onion blossom in aroma and small cup. Lightly satiny mouthfeel; quietly sweet, herbaceous finish. In cappuccino format, balanced and delicately sweet-savory.
