Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Chocolaty, gently bittersweet. Pomegranate, baking chocolate, black walnut, clove, fresh-cut fir in aroma and small cup. Delicate, smooth mouthfeel; chocolaty, nut-toned finish. In three parts milk, crisp chocolate is amplified and nut tones deepen.
