Blind Assessment

Rich, sweetly pungent. Caramel, dried fig, cocoa, hops and lavender in aroma and cup. Mellow, round acidity; light though syrupy mouthfeel. The flavor consolidates around cocoa and dried fig in the clean, long finish.
