Blind Assessment: Evaluated as espresso. Crisply rich, dense-bodied, slightly smoky. Dark chocolate, cedar, roasted almond, a hint of flowers in aroma and small cup. Very full, dry mouthfeel. Dark chocolate carries into a rich though drying finish. Smoothes out in three parts milk; a sweet chocolate dominates with continued smoky and cedary complications.
Notes: V. Coffee is a Shanghai based roaster established in 2008, they focus on high-quality all Arabica coffee with an Austrian roasting style. Visit www.v-coffee.com or call +86-400-8200-273 for more information.
Who Should Drink It: A big-bodied, dry but chocolaty straight shot espresso with enough presence to stand up to tall milk and syrups.
