Blind Assessment
Rich, deep, sweet-savory. Caramel, fresh-cut fir, pineapple, pear, a hint of honeysuckle in aroma and cup. Crisp, pleasantly bittersweet acidity; plush mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a very rich finish.
