Blind Assessment
Crisp, cedary, gently brisk. Hazelnut, caramel, lavender-like flowers, kumquat in aroma and cup. Richly dry acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Sweet-toned though mildly drying in the finish with a hint of savory depth.

Who Should Drink It
Those who enjoy brisk rather than bright coffees: lavender, nut and aromatic wood supported by a pleasing caramelly sweetness.
