Blind Assessment
Richly sweet, chocolaty. Dark chocolate, pie cherry, orange zest, lily, fresh-cut oak in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet with brisk acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates to notes of chocolate-toned tart cherry with undertones of lily.
