Blind Assessment: (As brewed in a Keurig B60 single-serve brewing device using a "K-Cup" capsule at a cup volume of 5.25 ounces): Shifting, complex, sweet-toned aromatics: distinct butter and caramel notes, with suggestions of peach, walnut and flowering grass. In the cup very sweet, and delicately but assertively acidy. Think tartly sweet green apples. Continued peach and floral nuance in the rich but quickly fading finish.
Notes: Keurig brewing devices were among the first single-serve coffee brewers on the market. Keurig now offers three home models (www.keurig.com) with a wide range of coffees available in compatible "K-Cup" format. Keurig/Green Mountain, formerly Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, pioneered single-serve capsule brewing in the United States with its Keurig brewing system, and remains one of the country’s leading large specialty roasters, offering a particularly wide-ranging variety of origins and roast styles. Who Should Drink It : A briskly sweet, refreshing cup for Keurig owners.
