Blind Assessment: Rich and dryly acidy with a deep, backgrounded sweetness. Mildly fermented wine tones turn maraschino cherry chocolate in the long, complex finish. The ferment tones contribute splendidly in this blend, which improves as it cools.
Notes: Torreo is a quality oriented, mainly wholesale specialty roaster serving the larger Philadelphia area. Visit
Who Should Drink It : A new coffee drinker's breakfast coffee, dryly acidy but reassuringly sweet and complexly fruity.
