Trailhead Coffee Roasters
Bolivia Summit Roast
|Roaster Location:||Portland, Oregon|
|Review Date:||November 2009|
Blind Assessment: Subdued fruity aroma, with mild roasty notes, milk chocolate and toast. In the cup balanced acidity, soft mouthfeel, and round fruit flavors, hinting at black cherry that fade and sweeten toward chocolate. A slight tart astringency distracts from the otherwise pleasingly bittersweet finish.
Notes: This coffee is Fair Trade certified, meaning it was purchased from small-holding farmers at a "fair" or economically sustainable price.
