Evaluated as espresso. Subtly rich and balanced. Cedar, cocoa-powder, plum, star-anise, vanilla in aroma and small-cup. Lightly satiny mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates around quiet cocoa and cedar in a sweet finish. Fills out three parts milk nicely with continued cocoa and cedar notes.
