Evaluated as espresso. Richly assertive in aroma and small cup: dark chocolate, vanilla, apricot, a savory hint of thyme. Full mouthfeel; flavor consolidates in a richly drying finish. Apricot and dry chocolate notes in particular carry into three parts milk.
