Blind Assessment

Crisply chocolaty, roast-rounded. Baking chocolate, gently scorched fir, salted caramel, date, orange zest in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with gentle, round acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Chocolaty finish with undertones of salted caramel.

A blend comprised of two green coffees, a washed-process Rwanda and a natural-processed Ethiopia. A medium-dark roasted Rwanda/Ethiopia blend driven by notes of date and crisp chocolate with a hint of roastiness.
