Blind Assessment

Pungent, earth and aromatic-wood character with undercurrents of chocolaty, prune-like sweetness carrying from aroma into cup. Hints of orange and grapefruit; medium to full body.

Notes

Certified organically grown. The exotic and colorful island of Bali produces a small volume of coffee in the interior highlands, apparently processed using the unorthodox "wet-hulling" technique responsible for the similarly distinctive coffees of the neighboring Indonesian islands of Sumatra and Sulawesi.
