Evaluated as espresso. Complex, richly sweet-savory. Apricot, green tomato, toffee, hazelnut, cedar in aroma and small cup. Vibrant, syrupy mouthfeel; sweet finish centered around toffee and apricot notes. In cappuccino format, toffee-driven with undercurrents of apricot and hazelnut.
