Evaluated as espresso. Rich, deep, sweet. Dark chocolate, apricot, tangerine, juniper berry and musk in aroma and small cup. Lightly syrupy, rich-toned mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates around cocoa and juniper hints in a crisp finish. Lightly tart and rounded in three parts milk, with excellent flavor continuity and saturation.
