Blind Assessment
Sweet, round, quietly pungent. Molasses, almond, thyme, cocoa powder, orange zest in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The rich, lightly resonant short finish consolidates to orange zest and cocoa in the long.
