Blind Assessment
Balanced aroma with hints of sweet ripe berries, malt and toasted grain. Smooth, complex and delicately bright in the cup with continued soft berry and malt character complicated by suggestions of chocolate and cidery apple. The fruit-toned chocolate in particular lingers in the long, flavor-saturated finish.

Both grown and roasted in Mexico. Certified organically grown and also certified by the Smithsonian Institution as "Bird Friendly," meaning it is grown inside a forest-like canopy of multi-species trees.
