Blind Assessment
Balanced, quietly rich. Buttery caramel, hints of dark chocolate, fresh-cut cedar, apricot in aroma and cup. Round but lively acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor saturates a sweet-toned, resonant finish.
Notes
This fine Kona is produced at Greenwell Farms, one of Kona’s oldest and most respected coffee farms. It is one of Green Mountain’s Special Reserve line of specially sourced, limited edition coffees. Keurig/Green Mountain, formerly Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, pioneered single-serve capsule brewing in the United States with its Keurig brewing system, and remains one of the country’s leading large specialty roasters, offering a particularly wide-ranging variety of origins and roast styles.
