Blind Assessment
Quietly deep, pungent. Dark chocolate, plum, night-blooming flowers, oak, a hint of musk in aroma and cup. Soft, gently tart acidity; impressively syrupy, vibrant mouthfeel. Flavor fades a bit in a continued rich but oaky finish.
