100% Kona Coffee Medium Roast
|Roaster Location:||Captain Cook, Hawaii|
|Coffee Origin:||Kona growing district, "Big Island" of Hawaii.|
|Review Date:||August 2010|
Blind Assessment: Soft and round-toned but with good intensity. Flavor and aroma fuse notes of chocolate and nut with a soft, sweet-toned fruit. Balanced acidity and silky mouthfeel. Flavors simplify and fade a bit in the finish, although the chocolate character persists pleasantly.
