Blind Assessment: Intense aroma, sweetly and richly pungent with aromatic wood, orangy citrus, leather. In the cup the acidity is powerful but rounded by sweetness. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel; continued orange, aromatic wood and leather notes. Clean, rich, tart finish.
Notes: Since its inception in August of 2007, Cafe P11 has focused on its signature line of Guatemalan coffees. Each is a carefully designed blend of high-grown Guatemala coffees that changes by year. The coffee is roasted in Guatemala and handsomely packaged in small, elegantly designed, reusable steel cans. Who Should Drink It: A symphonically rich version of the classic high-grown Central American cup from one of the region?s great origins.
